Regarding RC

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had bought a bike from Dewan Bajaj showroom in R.K.Puram, New Delhi as of 28th July. As informed I had submitted all the documents required and as told by the concerned manager (Mr. Jha). I bought the Motorcycle on finance (Bajaj Finance), after submitting the partial amount of cash and finance approval, I was told that the RC would be provided to me after 3 months from the date of purchase.

Now its been almost 10 months that I don't have my RC with me.

I have been paying challans almost Rs 5000 and there is no one to help. Now these people ask me to open LIC policy (which is an extra expense for me) to get my RC.

While I was purchasing the bike no one informed me about all these things, I gave them all documents they asked for and got the bike.

Its been really harassing that I have too take leaves from my office and run here and there to get something done for my RC. I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj reference number is CR- 73307, there is no response from them as well.

I really feel cheated, had it been the case I would have never ever purchased a motorcycle.
