Ad service and bad quality of spare parts

I purchased a pulsar 180 cc in jan. the bike came with a faulty gear mechanism. i have complained to service center people about 4-5 times, but they say the bike is fine when actually it is giving me problems since the purchase. i got it checked outside the service center and the mechanic told me that a spring in the gear mechanism is broken and also the clutch plate is damaged. since this fault has been there since the beginning i feel its the company's responsibility to get it corrected free of cost. but every time i go there they charge me labour charges and returned the bike to me in the same faulty condition. the address of the service center is T C SALUJA & SONS P.
