Sir,
I Akhil Mahajan from Chandigarh, bought Pulsar 220 DTS-i this January. The bike has CHASSIS problem, which is slightly bent from back side. I have presented my bike for numerous time at Chandigarh Hind Motors Bajaj center "Plot No. 815 Industrial Area, Phase 2 Chandigarh, 160061 - 0172 2604576" but they are not ready to accept the problem in the bike.
I even showed them the other bikes which were perfect and asked them to compare with the one I have, but they avoided the fact and asked me to leave. I even showed them some other bikes which had the same problem, but they are not admitting the manufacturing error.
Sir I have tried over 5-6 times to make sure they check out the problem in the Bike, but they don't seem to Care about the Customer's Problem.
I asked them to kindly help me Contact the high official of the center so that I could get some remedy against this, but they don't even help me with this also.
this is not only my problem but their are many Customers who have same problem and who were disappointed by the fact which the bajaj dealers did not admit.
Sir I hope you will look into the grievances and help us get the remedy against the loss.
This is the worst experience, this company has made me REGRET the fact that I'm a Pulsar User.
