They give me defected bike

I purchased a bajaj pulsar 220 DTS-i on 15 jan. As bajaj told me this bike has 220 cc engine but I dont think they commeted me right, because before this bike I was using bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i, The performance of both bike is absolutely same.

Pulsar 220 has lot of problems as I given below

1. BIKE IS VIBRETING AT SPEED OF 40 KM/h I have done first 2 servicing with bajaj only 1 is with sai servicing center of shivaji nagar, that time they told me this problem will be solve after 1000 km of running, after running of 1000 km I went to Sai servicing center with the same problem, but they fail to solve problem, whatever they did with my bike after that I started feeling addition problems like the fork of bike started making noise, after my request they solve the problem of fork, but after that handling of bike been very hard,

At that time engineer told me, "we can't solve the problem of vibration right now u come latter on". I accepted, and I keep going there 4 time but they avoid me, I understand they cant solve my problem.

2. After the running of 3200 Km. still I facing the same problem, At the time of second servicing of bike I decided to change service center that why I went to sai servicing of Paud phata, I told them same problem of Vibration and hard handling, they were co-oprated with me well, they solve out handling problem, but they could not able to solve the problem of Vibration.

After check and test of everything engineer told me this bike has problem with chain, and chain is defected, I told them to change the chain, but engineer denied, he said chain of bike is not comes in guaranty or warranty.

As engineer told told me this bike has problem with chain I went to local mechanic to get check my bike, but that mechanic told me this bike has something major problem this vibration is not coming because of chain.

I went again to bajaj servicing center and requested them to check for vibration and solve it, but they denied

Now I don't have any other option to get solve my problem, I spent more than Rs. 95000/- but I not satisfied with my bike, because Bajaj has cheated with me.
