Sub:- Car delivered with single key.
Sir
Maruti Alto lx white was delivered with single key by making excuse that second key will be provided with in two-three days.
A letter was issued by ASM Mr Vineet Chaudhary, that we will deliver second key as early as possible, but it seems cheating that once a car is sold/ delivered, no body cares.
Now 12 days has went off still second key is pending, being repeated requests on phone calls and personal visits.
After so many days Berkeley’s staff is still assuring that we will deliver second key with in 2-3 days.
I am being harassed by your staff that we will deliver keys. Is this the kind of behavior with senior citizen and retired government employee it’s a part of………….
