Very delay of delevery gas or misbehaveour by telephone

I have a bharat gas consumer of versa agancies of saheed nagar, i book a cylinder 21-04 but today is 13-05 not receive any cylinder from him. then when i call him for enquiry somebody pickup the tehephone mr. sahoo. and droped the telephone, it is so bad, thanks u: from das
