Minimum Petrol Purchase

I will usually fill petrol worth 30Rs. morn and evening as per my daily beta. But when petrol price was hiked recently bharath petro bunk is not filling petrol for 30. They are conditionally telling minimum fuel purchase is 50rs only. Petrol Station is in Kanchipuram. I want to know how much minimum fuel i can purchase also want to solve this issue. I filed a complaint in BP website but no response
