Consignment lost

I courier a consignment worth 500 INR to Raipur (Chiroda). Officially they should have told me that the area is not coming under delivery their premises during accepting the consignment. But they take it and later after a week I came to know it cannot be delivered and will come back here in 2 days. But even after 2 weeks the consignment is not here. If this is the kind of service BlueDart is providing than it should be blacklisted. Please nobody use this blood-sucking courier agency. I have lost Rs. 640 in this.
