Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I like to inform you that I am facing lots of problem regarding the gas refill I booked gas in 8th of this month via website I agree to pay `25-00 extra for Sunday but I unfortunately vary sorry to say till date I am not getting the gas. When my Toll Flame they told it take 20 days time call after 20 days than I call to help line they refuse to log a case. Sir can you please help me how I close this connection. And take other connection. From the vary first day this distributor harsh me.

till date i ma not getting the gas my booking automatically cancel then i thing for cash carry and visit the agency office they giving the slip next day when I go for gas I am paying Rs 100 for van fair but after 2 hour some of the agency told vary badly today not able to delivered the gas

several time i log complain ref id 189423 no body can take any action

I hope you understand the problem I get the result asap
