Hercules is manufacturing defected cycles

I am not satisfied with the Hercules cycle which I bought about 4 months ago. Brakes of the cycle are not as effective as were claimed. And I am also not satisfied with the behavior of the shopkeeper. He says, "My family is lawyer". Between the 4 months only the rim of my bicycle has been defected for about 5-10 times.
