Not giving promissed rebate

On 23 June I booked two international multicity air tickets under Yatra.com Reference number-YOWFMW. I made initial Payments and was promissed rebate of about Rs 1, 000 on each ticket but it was not given after the payments. The executive is Deepika Soni, who now does not speak to me
