I had approached a driving school called Sri Ram Driving School for car driving lesson for my domestic help 20 years old and was told that for a payment of 1500 he would get 28 sessions of 8 Kms driving. I was asked to make a payment of 1000 Rs for which he gave me a stamped receipt. After 7days I realized that he was giving only 4 to 6 Kms per day. When I inquired he was extremely rude and said that he would refund only 500 Rs. But if the cost is calculated It comes to only 375 for 7 days. When I informed him, he said he would only give 500 back. When I asked him if he had heard of consumer courts, he said “Do what you have to do, you can even go to consumer court only then I will give the refund.” Stay away from SriRam Driving School!
