Subject: Non working and Unnecessary Loss of Coupon in Coupon Validating Machines

Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that a bothering problem faced by the passenger,

1. My Unused Coupon (Green Colour) got struck in the the Coupon Validating Machines (CVM) at 7.30Am on 04-08, I request you to open the machine a return it to me as it is unused and will cause such unnecessary loss to other fellow passenger

2.The 3 Coupon Validating Machines (CVM) located in the FOB counter near the western entrance of the station are not in working condition so I request you to repair them

Kindly rectify this problem
