PROBLEM IN BOOKING :- I have got the delivery of Gas Cylinder on dt- 05.10.2010 after repeated reminder. And when I went to Gas Agency for next booking on dt 28.10.2010 they have refuse to book

because they have told me that your delivery date updated in sytem is 11.10.2010.

Then I want to ask that its my fault that delivery date wrongly updated in system. And after booking are taking time week and over.

TELEPHONIC BOOKING FACILITY NOT AVAILABLE :- In the chavi gas Agency roorkee telephonic booking facility

not available. When I told him that this facility is available in all India Lavel, then they missbehave with me.

PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE METTER FOR BETTER SERVICE
