Condition of two wheele

I have purchased splendor with reg .no. TN 05 AD 7413 at NAGAPPA MOTORS, chennai 07 on 2/6 . The Vehicle has covered 7700 kms as on date . 3 free service was availed at nagappa motors . since purchasing the vehicle, there has been a problem of 3rd gear, which has been mentioned during every service. The last paid service was done on 11/10 . The running condition of vehicle as well as service executed by nagappa motors is quite unsatisfactory. I express my displeasure for having purchased splendor . kindly contact / advise the dealer to attend the problem of my vehicle in order to avoid legal complication
