Non receipt of Blue Book/Smart Card

The Above mentioned car was purchased on 10.3.12 & delivered on 11.03.12 from M/S, Dulichand Motors Pvt. Ltd., Shrachi Tower, 686 Anandapur, Eastern Bypass, kolkata-700107. But till date i have not received the smart card from concerned registration authority against my vehicle no. WB 24R 4480, inspite of several request made to do the needful to the dealer, after a considerable period has been over. But in vain, no response is coming from the dealer.

As such, it is requested to your good office to issue instruction for arranging to issue / handover the smart card immediately, without any further delay.
