Our Honda Car CRV Registration No. DL2FFL 0088 lying with Ring Road Honda Gurgaon since 02.12.10 for replacement of center clock. But till today parts are not available. On Saturday Mr Santosh informed us on phone that they have received the spare parts and he can deliver the car on very next day, but when we contacted on Monday 06.12.10 Mr Santosh informed us that parts are not still available and he could not arrange the spare parts. Now, today they informed us that the parts will be availble in two-three days. Sir, this car is with service station since last 5 days and we are facing inconveniece and hardship. It is a general practice that whenever we give car for services everytime parts are not available and it take week ten days in repairing the car.
