Non Replacement of Defective Unit

I purchased Formula 1 cleanshot fo rRs.399 vide bill No:114114 dated 02.12.2012. I tried to use 3 to 4 times. All the times, I was getting only water instead of Seat Cleaning Foam. When i contacted an engineer to clear my doubt, i was told the piece is defective. I contacted M/s. Max Hypermaket India Pvt Ltd. To my shock i was simply deined replacement stating that they will exchange the unit only for a week. May I Know how to get a proper unit for the money i have paid!!
