I booked my flight journey for me and my wife (J Jagadeesan and J Nalini) for my Chennai to Mumbai and return (details given below) I cancelled the same around 15th of Oct and I received a mail from Cleartrip.com confirming my cancellation and it says that refund would be made within 5 to 14 working days. But since more than 45 days have passed by after my cancellation and nothing is happening from Cleartrip I forward this to you and request to you to take action on cleartrip.com and arrange to refund the amount to me. I have called more than 5 times to Cleartrip customer support no 18602339000 and they are hiding the facts and finally say that it is the airlines (Indigo) is making this delay in resolving the issue.
The total cost of my tickets to and fro from Chennai -Mumbai through this transaction is: Rs 16054.00
