I had my parent/ dealer send me Diwali Sweets and items to Kuwait, I am staying in Kuwait.

AWB No 3252215503 by ARAMEX, Nasik - Mumbai to Kuwait

I was informed that if I under to pay the custom duty and other govt charges the consigment will be delivered to me at my doorstpes, however to my surprize after the cargo reached kuwait they are asking me to clear the consignemnt myself,

I have already paid Aramex Rs 5600 for my household sweets for diwali worth Rs 700 only.
