I booked 2 tickets for 06 May 08:55 to Mangalore through Air deccan. I canceled it when there were more than 5Hrs for the flight as per the refund policy stated. Its Jun19th today and the money is yet to reach me. I have called up the customer care at least 7 times. Everytime i call them they place me on hold and never get back to me.
Today they say that their systems have gone wrong so I wont get the money back for another month. Isn't there a penalty to be paid for troubling people like this!
And yes, I will never set foot on Air deccan again!
