Sir DTDC couriers MUMBAI was to deliver my parcel (consignment No. M62526111) to chandrapur. But for last two times they had returned my parcel due to non availablity of service for which i had to suffer a lot. i want to mention here that my previous parcel had came through DTDC. how come it be possible if there is no service in my area, these parcel was deliverd (consignment No. A19225699). When i contact their customer care they said that there is no service to chandrapur from Mumbai. It is hard to digest that DTDC has service to my place from one city & do not have service from other. Will chandrapur DTDC office people will not take any courier if the courier is from Mumbai. Do they have any personal enemy.
by the way if i still consider that they dont have service in my place then why did they take a courier, trainsit it to nagpur and then return back? to make money & was our time.
