I have purchased a Hero Honda- Passion Pro on 15th Jan from Yuva Motors-Faridabad,
My complaint is here that- Handle is bend from the day one i.e from the showroom
I am facing a alot of problem due to bend in the handle
i have compalint to the assistant Manager of Yuva Motors to the purchased date and taken a written confirmation from him also about my complaint and he said that you will come tomorrow and we can resolve it
But theydidnt resolve my problem, whenever i visited Yuva Motors they said that you can come in the evening, morning, tomorrow
Once he has received my bike and kept it whole day, but didnt do anything on my problem
Kindly suggest me what do i do?
