Egarding gas problem

Sir,

As already given the written compaint to consumer forum on dated 18.11.2010 at 5:30 pm regarding gas problem of Ekta Gas Agency. The compaint is still pending upto till date. Please give small sight on this regard. So consumer will not have to face again this. I again show my complaint to you. My compaint is about the Gas cylinder and unproper suppply of Gas cylinder. On saturday i.e. 04.12.10 at 4:00 pm i received a gas refill cylinder from ekta gas agy, deol nagar, jalandhar but its cap is broken and open. when we make weight its 1 or 2 kg. less then full weight. i compaint to salesmen reagrding this. but he did not give proper reply. so i request you to change the cylinder. And my last compaint is 1 (One) cylinder is to be needed on my copy. i have only 1 cylinder

please look into the matter and do the needful..
