Hello,

I had booked one tatawinger double ac from 31staugust to 5th sept for 5 days to visit near by places.

Ekta Travels Mr. Naresh told me that they will charge 12.5 rs per km and minimum 300 km for each day.

So in total 300x5x12.5=18750. They told me to deposit Rs 5000 as adavance in there account to confirm thr booking.

I did the same after catching the cab from Ahmedabad airport at around 12 pm in nite of 31st august i realised that neither the cab is in good condition and its ac is also not working.

I informed this to Mr. Naresh in the morning of 1st sept at 6 am in morning and also requested him to change my cab but he told tht this decision would be taken by there owner Mrs shweta and asked me to call her at around 11 am in morning. In the middle of my trip i tried to call her many times but was unable to reach her as she didnt come office till 1 pm and no body was ready to give her cell no.

at around 2 i spoke to her and informed her about my problem of which she told that driver was saying that she will get the ac rectified at our second destination i.e Diu but i told her that its not ac fault its the thing is tht tthe ac winds whihc company gives they had blocked those and themselves made some arrangemnt onm the top for ac with some small winds so it will not cool the vehicle propoerly.

So finally after reaching diu when i realised tht thy wont do anything of my problem i decided to leave there vehicle there and not to take it forward as its creating problem and discomfort for us.

So i called thm and told thm the same on 2nd sept from Diu so there mr. Rupesh told me tht we are sorry for the discomfort and they will not charge ac traiif from us they will chage non ac charge ie.11.5 per km.

So since i took the vehicle for two days it has run around 4 km in tht two days but as per there rule for two days i have to pay minimum 600 km charge i agreed for the same and according to there calculation they told me tht 300x2x11.5= 6900 rs.

I had already paid them 5000 advance and fro those two days i had also given 4000 to driver for fuel so in total i had paid 9000 in two days.

so the difference i.e. 2100 rs they will get them deposit in my account with in next two days and because of them i have to hire again cabs from for 3 days which cost me extra and 20000 because of there negligence in giving usa proper cab.

But when after reaching back to delhi on 5th sept i called them on 7th sept they told to talk to mr himanshu who refused to pay back the refund and instead of this he stsrting abusing me and tell me do what u wanna do I will not refund a single peny.

So because of all this for the cab for which i have to pay 18750 i spent 29000.

But then also i didnt complaint and said anything to ekta people i just as ked thm to refund my 2100 which thy are not doint.

Please take some action as because of ekta travels i had to suffer afrom mental as well as physical harrasment.

please do something so tht they wont repeat the same thing with any body else.
