My name is Manoj Pandey and I am from Faridabad.

On 10th of Sep, I have purchased my New wagon-R (CNG) from TCS AUTOWORLD located at faridabad. I have Mr. Hemant at TCS AUTOWORLD and he was involved in my deal through some of my known person who was earlier working at BATRA MOTORS located at faridabad and his name was VARUN MISHRA.
I was in impression that Varun has left BATRA and he is working at TCS AUTOWORLD now. But I was wrong; Varun was playing as a mediator between me and Hemant Nagpal (TCS).
On 5th of Sep I have paid Rs, 10000/- at TCS Payment counter and got the receipt (receipt no. REC10003012) which I have attached for your reference.
On 10th of Sep (delivery date of the vehicle) I have been called to agency and Varun/Hemant asked me to deposit Rs.98000/- as the balance payment against the delivery of the vehicle.
I asked them that you guys had told me at the time of time of dealing that minimum I have to deposit Rs.74000/- and balance will be financed by the bank.
Some how I have managed to collect the amount of Rs.98000/- from my friends and reached back to TCS AUTOWORLD.
I asked them (VARUN/HEMANT); should I deposit the amount to the cash counter?
They (VARUN/HEMANT) told me that there is some problem in the system so I need to hand over the cash to them and I did the same as they advised.
I asked them for the receipt of the payment for which they told me that I can collect it from the agency in next day or two.
I have chased them for the cash receipt for almost 3 months and finally I have got a slip personally from Varun and that was a Xerox copy which I refused to accept and asked them to give me the original copies of the receipt.
On 7th of dec Varun had given me the original copies of the receipt and I was shocked to see that the total amount (including both the receipts 10000 63400) was Rs.73400/- against the totals payment which I have made of amount 108000 /-
I asked Varun that what this stupidity is? He said that the amount of registration transportation of vehicle insurance is not included in this slip.(I don’t believe this)
At the time of the deal; I have been told by the agency that I will get foot mat, mud flaps, car perfume and steering cover along with the vehicle but at the time of vehicle delivery, I have only got foot mat and mud flap. For balance things I have been advised that other two materials are out of stock which I have never received.(no issues)
At the time of delivery they have charged me for the registration of the vehicle and when I have reached on the time given by them collect my RC ; one more surprise was waiting for me ; when I asked them for my RC then only I have came to know that I was suppose to get my registration done by myself (Now I am loosing my patience)
Till date I have not received my RC balance amounts receipt.
Whenever I am going to ask this question to Mr. Hemant at TCS AUTOWORLD he is saying that if I (myself) have any doubt then I have to clear that doubt from Varun (I don’t know EX- TCS or EX- BATRA).
Now this Varun has joined TOYOTA located at Faridabad.
TILL DATE I AM RUNNING MY VEHICLE WITHOUT REGISTRATION NUMBER
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RECEIPT OF THE BALANCE AMOUNT PAID BY ME
I WAS HAVING MARUTI ALTO (HR29-Q-1762) BEFORE THIS WAGON – R.
I REALLY NEED A SERIOUS SOLUTION ON THIS ISSUE ASAP ELSE I WILL FWD THE SAME COPY OF MAIL TO CUSTOMER COURT TO GET THIS MATTER SORTED.
