Dear Sir,

I booked e-ticket on 14.9.10 Transaction ID - 0251801346 & PNR No. 8403051149 & canceled on 11.10.10 but amt. not refunded in my account - my irctc user ID - shahajidk & my pass word - vaishalis. Please confirm any problem returning of amt. & please refund my amt.
