Not received of e-tickets

Sir,

I have made a e-tickets through irctc.co.in on dated 27/04for NMZ to KYQ, TRAIN NO. 13248 and the journey date is 28/04. All the process are done well but finally when I suppose to get tickets after making payment through SBI debit card, I receive a blank page and my money got cut off from my account. My user ID is CSTIRKEY.

I therefore request you to kindly debit my money in my account and send me email i.e. [email protected] regarding the above mention and oblige.
