I, Deepak agarwal, booked a flight on 9th aug from Bangalore to Mumbai from EZEEGO1 under the 25% cash back scheme.
Ticket details are as follows:

But when I reached Bangalore airport, I was informed that my PNR is generated but ticket is not booked as ezeego1 has not made the payment to INDIAN AIRLINES.I made an additional payment of Rs.3000 on Indian airlines counter at Bangalore airport to book my ticket. I want refund of Rs.2947 which I had paid to Ezeego1.Out of which Rs 400 I’ve already received under the cashback scheme. I’ve already lodged a complaint for the remaining amount with ezeego1 on november 1 and complaint id is 426-82999.But till date they are unable to refund. I also made an insurance on the flight.
