Dear Sir,
I'm 28 weeks pregnant lady and booked call taxi through Fast Track Call Taxi for drop at Nungambakkam from Mugappair Eri Scheme at 5.30pm on 05.01.2011 (Wednesday). I booked the taxi well in advance at 12.15pm in view of traffic and to avoid other inconviniences. My booking number is 5545. I did not receive any call or sms from the said party till 5.20pm and hence i called them. Till that time they did not move any vehicle for my booking no. I was in deperation to reach the said destination by 6.30pm. I received sms from Fastrack by giving the vehicle no. 3146 and driver's mobile no. as 7299303036 at 5.42pm. I called the driver and he said he was stranded at ambattur OT. Persons knowing tghe distance between ambattur and mugappair definitely know that it is not possible for him drop me at Nugambakkam at 6.30pm.
I was totally pushed into hardship, mental agony and stress since i had no means to catch another transport (I'm pregnent and cannot move in auto or two wheeler) since the time was very less and i dint have any other options because i relied on their service.
I request your goodself to kindly look into this issue seriously
