Driver asked more money

I hired car for Indica but fast track send laog car. Driver asked more money (350/-) even they didn't intiamte me wel before. Drive asked waiting charge that he came before 15mints (12:15pm).my time 12:30pm. I have complainted this to chennai central fast track services .thwy also asked same money with out tracking phone records and simply said driver having 20 year expero=iece. I didn't see this type of worrst sitiuation, they cheating like anything
