It is sad to know that a courier company like FEDEX could do this. I had placed an order through Zoomin and they had couriered this package on 21st Sept. While tracking online it mentioned that the delivery would happen on 22nd Sept at 11:20 am. This was to reach at my home.
To my surprise, the package reached a company and not my home in Marol and the delivery boy gave the package at the wrong place.
After making several calls since last night, the customer service representatives are unable to trace the details of the company where my package was delivered. This is so frustrating and miserable on Fedex's part.
I must say that big companies like these have a long way to go to provide good customer service. Pathetic courier company!!!
