Missed flight due to un proffisnal staff

Hi

This is Stephen here i m a NRI staying in Paris, i always travel in 2 months to India with different airline and first time i tried jet airway to fly for Paris, the problem was i reached 55 mins before the flight & they counter didnt allow me, i explain them that my taxi had a accident at the western express highway some how i was safe n had some small injury & due to this i reached late at the airport, i explained the situation to the duty manager of Jet airways and her name was Shirley, i showed my injury also to this female & told her that i m a NRI i have a resident permit of Europe n it will take me 10 mins to clear the immigration & security check & also i didnt have any baggage to check in only one cabin bag & laptop, but they female didn't allow to to fly due to her personal ego or whatever & i missed my flight and all my business meeting were cancelled for the week . now when my agent is trying to re book the tickets they are charging me No show charges INR 10000 7500 date change difference of far 9000 .

Just bcz of a un professional manger Ms Shirley i missed my flight i lost so much money & business loss due to meeting were cancelled, i would tell the passengers who book jet airways that never fly with this type of airlines.
