Dear sir/mam,
I have taken D-alpina 3 seater and 2 seater on 26-12 with name of Pooja Sharma with Receipt no.-65602 and Customer code 93SR3B from Vikrohli, Mumbai showroom.
After having 3 months of my sofa sets, sofasets started showing its defectiveness, i mean rexin of the sofa got defective. But i complained so many times to your customercare,
no body responded on time and time elapses then i got irritated. Thereafer one person came from your company for inspection, he found the defectiveness of both sofa sets then
he ordered for replacement. After that i went to your show room in Vikrohli, i shared my problem with MR. PRAMOD of D-alpina sofa that i do not want again rexin sofa D-alpina
after replacement because i got irritated with this product from past 4 months with problems. I reached before durga pooja to the showroom discount was there in your products
i asked to MR. PRAMOD cahnge my sofaset with another sofaset i.e. Florence 3 and 2 seater with discount he has initially agreed with discount some 1000 Rs/- difference came
i said i will pay this difference then he said your sofa Florence will be ready after Dushera.
You just answer me if i have taken your sofa D-alpina in discount period then, i was not expecting
my sofa will be difective and complain will be logged on durga pooja. So i request you to provide me discount on Florence as same rate as what it was there before Durga
Pooja because from then i contacted with showroom employee MR. PRAMOD after three days he said "YOU WILL NOT GET DISCOUNT ON FLORENCE AND REPLACEMENT
WILL BE ONLY D-ALPINA NOT FLORENCE..".
i got irritated from the company's response to customer for delaying me and my time from 1-2 months thereafter my sofaset warranty will be lost after few months.

So please help me for -Replacement from D-alpina to Florence before my warranty period and Discount of same rate what i talked before Durga pooja of
this year so that i can trust the godrej and i will be the future customer of Godrej.
