Lost luggage

HI, I was had a flight from Dubai to qatar last Dec.17, i was check in my luggage from dubai then after in qatar proceed to my flight going to Delhi.

When i arrived in Delhi my luggage is not on that flight.i was arrived at delhi airport. I need a help from your office regarding my luggage, with the flight no. QR 232 going to delhi.
