I renewed my old policy with Bajaj Allianz Limited, but they have not renewed my policy nor do they provide any status. Its been more than a month and the company is very irresponsible. Most of my phone bills are of Bajaj Insurance company. Its very pathetic to see that the company before renewal keeps following up with the customer and after it gets the money they misbehave with the customer by not answering the phones nor respond on time or cut the phones.
Kindly, look into this matter.
