I have cancelled my tkt - CR no.4XZ5TD Srinagar – Mumbai by Go-Air. Now their rep. is informing me that money can not be transferred to my a/c. This is absolutely loot of customers. The information is given is such a way that passengers will get irritated. If I don’t utilize that amount it can be absorbed by Goair.
Secondly inspite of telling them to say Mumbai he kept on saying B'bay. and telling that I will do so because our system says B'bay and not Mumbai.
If airline is keeping amounts of customers for one year why do they take cancellation charges from us. Or they should pay us some interest. This is absolute cheating of the customers.
