Hi,

I traveled from Delhi to Pune on Saturday, 13 Nov. My luggage went missing and I was promised to be updated about the status by evening. No status update was given. When I called I was told my luggage was wrongly uploaded in Jammu flight and will be delivered to my place by Sunday evening.

On Sunday I was told it has been sent to Patna and today, Monday, 15th Nov I am being told it is at Delhi.

My luggage contains my very important documents like passport and other immigration documents and It was clearly conveyed by me that I need it ASAP as I have to travel outside India on Wednesday, 17th Nov. My PIR was marked as Priority.

I am really very upset with this and is going to incur loss in business if I will not be able to travel. The crew members at Pune office are regularly coming up with one excuse or the other
