I travelled from delhi to indore 12-12, sunday FLIGHT NO G8-223 pnr no 80UMV8, AND 67P1DE
Passengers name GAURAV, DEEPALI, UTSAV and BHAVAYA.
I lost one bag out of four bags. Bag has cover of army colour dark brown & green cover.
It contained some cash, jwellery, dry fruits, gifts, imp docouments, shoes and clothes.
On that unfortunate day one bag was open and your airport officials did not show us that bag as flight was too late in night.i had e mailed go air and called call center many times but no reply???
No reply received till date from indore office and your indore office phone not working too . what is the procedure for claim if i did not get my bag.
