Cancelled my air ticket without confirmation

Dear sir,

Date of travel 31st august

My personnel assistant have called to ask how much refund we get if we cancell the ticket but they just cancelled without concent. And when i called they did say that cant do anything.

Please take some action and provide justice and also listen to phone call which has been recorded
