Refund not credited to my credit card

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had bought two ticket, one for myself and one for my wife (PNR no. DP4T36) through telephonic transactions of Go Airlines (9223222111) on 26th October.

While making the payment through my HDFC Bank credit Card, i was charged twice for above tickets, one of Rs. 11958/- and another of Rs. 12558/-. I was told that during the payment process the prices of ticket has changed and that Rs 11958/- will be refunded back to my credit card within 15 days. However, i am surprised to note that no such reversal has happened and upon contacting HDFC Bank they informed me that they have not recieved any such reversal request from Go Airlines.

.Upon calling the Go Airlines call centre and complaining to them, i was told to write to [email protected], which i did twice once on december 7th and again on december 14th, but i have not recieved any response from them so far.

This is a clear case of lack of discipline and i feel cheated by Go Airlines for having charged me twice for same tickets and moreover it is very disheartening to see no one responding to my issue from Go Airlines side.

Hoping for a addressal of my issue through this forum.
