Didn't get the refund

Hello Sir,

I have booked flight through Goibibo online from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 23rd December. The details regarding this are as defined below:

Passenger Name: Vinod Kumar Suthar

From: Delhi

Destination: Ahmedabad

Booking Date: 23rd December

Departure Date: 24th December

Amount Paid: Rs. 8771/-

Booking ID: GOFLDB584A485840

Logged case in Goibibo Customer care with the ID: 731717

Before booking the seat for a customer, Goibibo force us to pay for the seat and then make us to wait for the confirmation from the targeted service like for in my case it was IndiGO. So I had paid the amount and Goibibo asked me to wait for the confirmation from IndiGO. I waited and found that the seats in that IndiGO flight were gone full. I called the Goibibo customer care. They logged a case (ID- 731717) for getting refund for this transaction and asked me to wait for 7 to 8 working days. I have waited for 10 working days. Then I called the Goibibo customer care executive again to get the status. They told me that the case was under process. After this, I waited for one more week then also there was no refund made to my account and I was getting the same response from their customer care executives that the case was under process. Next, I have waited for two more weeks and then customer care executives told me that the amount has been refunded to my account. I had cross checked with my bank and found there was no such transaction done to my account on the day on which the Goibibo customer executives were claiming of refund. I checked with my bank two times but there was no such transaction id which exist in my bank's system. The Goibibo don't even confirming with their bank to resolve it as soon as possible but disturbing the customer (me) to check out with my bank. They don't even let me talk to the responsible person who might have the access to take some action on it. The customer care executives are making excuses that their Supervisor is not there and he is on leave etc. I have called almost 10 times and on each call, I did get the different and unique excuse to avoid my phone call. I have provided my number to them so that whenever the Supervisor will be available, they can call me back and they are committing that they will arrange me a call back within 24 hours but I didn't get any call from their side. Every time, I have to call them on their call center.

I please you to help me in this case. Because it has taken almost more than 4 weeks and there is no satisfactory action has been taken by Goibibo.
