I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on March 10, journey date is May 15, for my son whose email ID I have given for booking as [email protected]. Used internet banking for payment. Due to technical problem as they stated, the ticket was not confirmed but the amount got debited from my bank account which on enquiring Goibibo peopel told, it will be recredited within 7 working days to my account. Waiting for that amount I lost amount due to airfare hike in the meantime. But still i have not recieved refund from them.
