I had booked for my friend Airticket by Goibibo on 21st March, but not received any confirmation whether the ticket was booked, but the amount was deducted from my SBI Account. It occures two times, First times the amount of Rs, 3156/- was deducted and after that on next times it deducted an amount of Rs. 3256/-. I had contacted on 24th about the problem to the customer Care No., the preson attended my phone has make me confirmed that the amount was actually deducted but not produced the ticket, he has assured me that the amount will be transferred back to my A/C. He also gave me the Complain No. as 100324123. But till date the amount is not received in my account. I request you to make my payment as soon as possible. Otherwise I will register a complain in Consumer Court, then you have to refund the said amounts (Total of Rs. 3156/- 3256/-) i.e. 4612/- with the fine as levied by the Consumer Court.
