Internet not working since last one week

Since last morethan one week my internet connection in my phone no. 079-25892021 is not working. I have made complaint on phone no. 25892198 3 times. But not given any proper response every time i have been informed it is due to cable fault. I have again complained on No. 1957 on 2-2. Still i am facing the problem. please send some trouble shooter to get the internet active at the earleist
