I received my hand set date 23/06/08 after using two days it has been observed that the problem still there and I am not satisfy regarding the performance of my hand set as well as your service.

Due to this repeated problem I lost my valuable time and feeling inconvenience many time.

I am facing this problem last 3-4 month so it is beneficial for you and I that existing set will swap with new one because I am not confident about the performance of current set.

So it is requested to you please swap new Hand Set. I hope you will do precise for same.
