Most arrogant service you can expect .. charged me Rs14176 and issued no ticket, the guy by the name of piyush cannot even issue a complaint number to me . and they issued no ticket.. these guys are #$%^&*(... wasted more than 25 mins on phone and went no where .. be careful of makemytrip.com.

I spoke to Rahul from makemytrip.com the so called customer support and only makes my nerve boil, these guys show such indifference and refuse to even give a complaint number .. i only wonder the kind of organization Deep Kalra has built..
I called ccavenue and i was asked to call makemytrip.com for all issues, well... what can i say .. be careful of these F! @#$%
