With due respect I would like to complaint against Hero e-bike after sale service department.
Facts: I purchased a Hero e-bike from authorized dealer last year on 21st March. I was given 3 years warranty on Motor and Controller, @ years Warranty on Chassis, Converter and Charger, 1 year Comprehensive Warranty on Complete Vehicle including Battery. After 6 months of purchase I started facing problems with this e-bike such as battery problem, charging problem, etc. I took this e-bike to authorized service centre, they asked me to leave it there for 2 days. After 2 days they said charger is faulty and they replaced it with a new one. But this charger is also not working efficiently enough to provide a good run. Infact I was assured of 50-60 kms run after full charge but it hardly runs 15-20kms after full night charge. Now they are giving excuses that your charger will take few more days to come and other reasons like that. I think the battery is also faulty which they are not considering.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve this case as soon as possible before the warranty voids.
