Difficult to purchase

I am intrested to purchase Herohonda CBZ Xtreme from your dealer Aditya Motors at Baripada. I am intrested to get the vehicle resistered at R.T.O Office, Baripada since i need a particular registration number. But your dealer refuses to honour me with above condition with a plea that there is standing instruction from the company to sale the bike and do the resistration by the dealer himself only there by causing me a financial loss of about Rs 1000.Please confirm if the fact is true or not by my e-mail id
