Not taking any initiative for my battery problem in bike

This is Reetam, I purchased my bike Passion Pro in the month of May from Shubhyan Motors Pvt, Ltd. Shop No. 5, 6 & 7 Mega Center, S. No.: 143, Pune- Solapur Road, Hadapsar, Pune- 411028.

I had given my bike for 1st free servicing on 26th July & after the 1st service I am facing difficulty with my battery. Neither auto start is functioning nor the horn, light, indicators with their full functionality. I had submitted my bike multiple times with this problem but no one is taking proper corrective & preventive action & the problem remains unresolved. This has forced me to launch complain against Hero Honda as well as Shubhyan Motors. Is this type of service expected from a reknowned company & retailer??? Looking forward for proper solution.
